Porsche Journeyman Technician.
 
As the only authorized Porsche dealer on Vancouver Island, we are the single source for Porsche warranty repairs in our market. The nature of the product is such that our customers demand nothing but the best with regard to the maintenance of their vehicles. The successful candidate will be able to maintain our performance standards and provide excellent service to our clients. This position requires strong diagnostic skills, a positive attitude, and attention to detail and process.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
. Perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on the entire Porsche product line-up with a specialty in late-model vehicles
. Maintain a high level of product and technical knowledge
. Maintain Porsche certification by way of attendance at regularly scheduled courses held by the manufacturer and successful completion of any related test material
. Maintain productivity at levels determined by service management
. Liaise with service advisors, parts advisors and clients to ensure timely and proper repair and excellent customer service
. Follow company policy of "Fix it Right the First Time"
. Maintain work area in accordance with company housekeeping policies
 
Qualifications
. Five or more years experience with a premium import brand is preferred.
. BC Automotive Technician Journeyman License
. Highly qualified foreign applicants may be considered.
